Em tempos de Coronavírus todos precisamos tomar algumas medidas importantes para tentar frear a propagação da pandemia. Depois de tanta Fake News, está na hora do Guguinha falar (da maneira dele) o que você realmente precisa fazer:
1) Lave-se constantemente com bastante sabão! O sabão mata o vírus e desinfeta. As mãos são o principal ponto de contato com tudo: Lave por pelo menos 20 segundos esfregando as mãos, entre os dedos até o pulso. Mas não esqueça também o cotovelo que você usa pra apertar o botão do elevador, o bumbum que voê está usando para abrir a porta, o rosto onde você encosta toda hora o celular… Ah toma logo um banho com bastante sabão!

In times of Coronavirus, we all need to take some important steps to try to stop the spread of the pandemic. After so much Fake News, it’s time for Guguinha to talk (in his own way) what you really need to do:
1) Wash yourself constantly with soap! The soap kills the virus and disinfects it. The hands are the main point of contact with everything: Wash for at least 20 seconds rubbing your hands, between the fingers until the wrist. But don’t forget also the elbow you use to press the elevator button, the butt you are using to open the door, the face where you touch the phone all the time … Oh, take a shower with soap!
